Before you begin this filing, first
click here to go to your township assessor’s tax portal. There you can create a comparison grid of comparable properties in your township. Create and download that grid.
Once you have collected the information you need from your assessor’s tax portal, return to this page and file your appeal. In the filing process, you will have an opportunity to attach the comparable grid to your appeal.
